Site Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join our team in Cork.
This is a 2-year fixed-term role ideal for an ambitious professional looking to work on high-quality residential projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in setting out works, monitoring quality control, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring site documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Experience with RC frames and residential projects is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
* Setting out for foundations, groundworks, RC frames, services, and house plots
* Coordinate and manage site drawings and surveys
* Oversee subcontractor work and ensure quality standards are met
* Monitor groundworks and civil engineering contractors
* Maintain detailed site records and QA documentation
* Liaise closely with site and project teams to support timely and high-quality delivery
Key Qualifications:
* 2–3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Degree (Level 8) in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* RC frame experience desirable
* Motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
