Job Title: HR Business Partner
The Human Resources Department of a leading organization is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Partner to join their team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to management and staff, ensuring compliance with best practice and legislation.
• Construct contracts of employment that meet current statutory requirements and ensure accurate information is processed regarding salaries, starters, leavers, promotions, contract extensions, etc.
• Maintain effective communication protocols to deliver relevant, timely, and appropriate information to managers and staff.
• Participate in the development of HR Information Systems or other electronic systems within the department.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, person specifications, advertisements, and interview packs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field and ideally CIPD certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or comparable role.
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, including relevant policies and legislation.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, industrial relations, and employment law.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems, Payroll Systems, and Electronic Time & Attendance Systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
