Job Title: Office Manager


About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Naas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing administrative processes, coordinating office logistics, and supporting teams across various departments.


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and complete general administrative duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate meetings, maintain databases, and manage office supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Organize travel arrangements for staff as required and ensure health and safety policies are up to date and followed.
* Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients, handling correspondence, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in office management, demonstrating ability to run efficient operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Strong background in overseeing administrative processes, coordinating office logistics, and supporting teams across various departments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients.
