POSITION SUMMARY The Night Porter supports the Night Manager in the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This role ensures guest safety, property security, cleanliness standards and efficient guest service delivery in line with Calusade Hotels brand standards and values. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Guest Assistance Assistwith late check-ins, luggagesupportand overnight guest requests in a professional manner. Security & Safety Conduct regular propertypatrols;secureentrances;monitorsystems;respond to incidents. Operational Support Support the Night Manager with audit preparation and administrative duties. Set-Up & Preparation Prepare meeting rooms or breakfast areas;maintainpublic area presentation. Health & Safety Compliance Adhere to fire safety, emergencyproceduresand health & safety regulations. Systems & Compliance Complete required checklists viaAlkimiiandmaintainaccurateincident documentation. 4. CANDIDATE PROFILE -Previousexperience in hospitality or security role desirable. -Strong senseof responsibility and reliability. - Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. - Professional communication skills. - Basic IT skills and familiarity with hotel systemsdesirable. - Flexible availability for night shifts including weekends. - Alignment with Calusade Hotels values and standards. 5.
