Our client, a purpose-led and progressive organisation, is recruiting a full-time, permanent Social Care Leader for a residential centre supporting Separated Children Seeking International Protection (SCSIP) in Co. Kilkenny. The role involves a combination of shifts, which may include day shifts, 24-hour shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. About the Role: As a Social Care Leader, you'll support and lead the care team to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care. Working alongside the Social Care Manager and Deputy Manager, you'll help develop the service. You'll play a vital role in fostering a supportive space where young people feel safe, heard, and valued.
