Customer Support Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Administrator. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the end-to-end order process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and promptly processing customer orders upon receipt.
* Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting will be completed according to business requirements.
* Basic product information will be provided to customers.
* Queries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and invoices will be resolved.
* Returns will be processed, and issues will be resolved smoothly.
Customer Experience and Loyalty
* The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
* Genuine care, empathy, and professionalism will be demonstrated in handling customer concerns.

Candidate Profile:
Essential Requirements
* Native or near-native fluency in Italian and advanced English (C1/C2).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
* Experience in order entry, customer support, or a strong interest in developing a career in customer service.

Working Arrangements
This role offers a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in office per week and regular office hours (37.5 hours/week). The contract duration is 6 months or 12 months with the possibility of extension.
