About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our quality management team and drive excellence in patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality initiatives, improving patient safety, and managing risk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality management strategies to improve patient outcomes;
* Maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the organization;
* Lead the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to quality management;
Educational Requirements:
A minimum level 8 NFQ (or international equivalent) qualification in Quality Risk or Regulation; Health & Social Care Professions; Health Services Management/or other related discipline is required.
Skillset:
The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends are also essential.
