Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in bedrooms, public areas, and linen, ensuring rooms meet the company's 4-star standard before returning to reception.
* Changing bed linen and towels according to the hotel's schedule and standards.
* Keeping accommodation trolleys, caddies, and storage areas tidy, clean, and stocked.
* Passing guest property left behind to the Accommodation Manager for lost property.
* Informing the Accommodation Manager about staff needs, materials, or equipment requirements.
* Using resources efficiently to minimize costs.
* Reporting maintenance issues promptly.
* Communicating with supervisors regarding room moves, VIP guests, and special needs.
* Updating room status after checks.
* Participating in training and meetings to improve standards.
* Following the hotel's customer relation policies and communicating hotel services to guests.
* Handling customer complaints courteously and reporting them to management.
* Arriving punctually in full uniform with a name badge.
* Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
* Reporting DND or No Service status daily.
* Keeping corridors clear of debris.
* Managing key cards responsibly.
* Reporting accidents immediately.
* Complying with fire, security, health, and safety procedures.
