This role will focus on driving the definition, delivery, and optimisation of data-centric and integrated technology solutions, working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience operating within financial services or insurance environments.**Key Responsibilities*** Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy* Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product features and user stories* Work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions using Agile methodologies* Lead analysis of legacy systems and define integration approaches with modern platforms* Drive data-focused initiatives, including: + Data governance, classification, and retention principles + Data quality, lineage, and usage considerations* Support system integration activities across multiple platforms and services* Facilitate workshops and ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews)* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management* Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro (or similar) to manage delivery and documentation**Required Experience & Skills*** Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role* Strong hands-on experience with SQL or data querying tools* Solid understanding of: + Data governance frameworks + Data classification and retention policies + System integration and API-based architectures* Experience analysing and working with legacy systems* Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills* Proficiency with Jira and Confluence* Experience in financial services or insurance environments
