* Oversee project costs, including fee drawdowns and other expenses.
* Draft strategic project documents, such as briefs, procurement strategies, and RFPs.
* Analyze tender responses, compile lists, and draft tender reports.
* Manage change control processes and negotiate complex matters.
* Present project progress and outcomes through regular reporting and develop handover procedures for smooth transition.
Requirements
* Civil Engineering or related field degree.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar project leadership role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate project reports.
* Experience in developing and analyzing project schedules using project management software.
* Able to chair project meetings and maintain accurate meeting records.
* Familiarity with relevant statutory consents and building control regulations.
