The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Account Director
to lead our Client Services function and act as the frontline for some of our most important client relationships.
This is a senior role that combines operational excellence with client leadership. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, profitably, and on time, while also cultivating strong, senior-level partnerships with key clients.
Working across departments — creative, production, digital, and data — you'll make sure we're aligned internally and delivering at the highest standard externally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day management of key client accounts, building trusted senior relationships
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard
* Manage and oversee account profitability, margins, and resource planning
* Act as the senior point of contact for clients, providing confidence, clarity, and direction
* Support and develop the client services team, driving efficiency, collaboration, and high performance
* Work closely with agency leadership to shape and refine processes, operations, and best practice
* Help to shape strategic direction for key clients
* Help to lead strategic direction for key clients, in collaboration with relevant teams
* Ensures our work aligns with the client's brand, business goals, and KPIs.
The Candidate
We're looking for a confident and capable operator who thrives on making things run seamlessly and who can nurture senior client relationships with authority and care.
Key Requirements:
* 8+ years' agency experience, with proven client leadership at senior level
* Strong operational and commercial skills – time, budget, and resource management
* Excellent communicator, with the ability to manage complex projects and senior stakeholders
* Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced agency (preferably a creative agency with studio environment)
* Passion for sport and a belief in its ability to connect, inspire, and drive action
