The Role
* Provide high-level PA and administrative support to senior partners and fee earners in the Property team
* Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
* Assist with billing, time recording, and matter management
* Coordinate deadlines, manage priorities, and ensure smooth day-to-day team operations
* Support the wider Property team with presentations, reports, and client materials
The Person
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a Legal PA or senior Legal Secretary in a busy law firm
* Proven experience supporting senior-level partners or fee earners
* Strong document production, formatting, and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
* Ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritise effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
