Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global healthcare leader to recruit a Senior Supply Chain Projects Lead in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in supply chain operations and project leadership who is ready to shape global initiatives and drive performance improvements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead key supply chain programs from planning through delivery, with a focus on improving end-to-end supply and demand planning processes. Assess business needs and gather detailed requirements to support planning system improvements and operational effectiveness. Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate forecasting and effective supply alignment. Drive improvements in inventory management, planning accuracy, and responsiveness to market demand. Manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met. Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Support change initiatives to embed new planning tools or methodologies across teams. Track program performance using KPIs related to forecast accuracy, service levels, and supply chain efficiency. Partner with external vendors to deliver technical solutions that enhance planning and visibility. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related discipline (Master's is a plus). 8+ years of experience in supply chain project leadership, with a strong background in supply and demand planning. Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, or similar). Strong track record with ERP or software implementation projects is a plus. Familiarity with key planning processes such as S&OP, inventory optimisation, and capacity planning. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP) required.
