Job Description:
From our Head Office to the shop floor and everywhere in between, our primary goal is to create and deliver a fantastic customer journey for everyone who shops at Lidl.
If you are customer obsessed, energetic, and love learning every day, earn €450+ per week as a Customer Assistant on our standard 30-hour contract. You’ll work across different shift times, on varied tasks, and with different colleagues.
Shift Patterns:
1. Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am, preparing products for opening.
2. Middle shift: Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, maintaining store presentation and assisting customers.
3. Late shift: Starting in the afternoon, serving customers, restocking, and preparing for the next day.
As a Customer Assistant, you are required to sell alcohol, therefore you must be 18 or over.
Responsibilities include:
* Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
* Following stock loss controls
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Managing waste correctly
* Assisting in stock counts
Requirements:
* A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
* Responsibility and reliability
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good team player
* Previous experience is preferred but not essential
