Warehouse Operations Specialist Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will support the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse and customer service areas by working closely with the Operations Manager.




Key Responsibilities:


* Fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently

* Checking loan kits to ensure quality control

* Maintaining stock levels through regular counts and audits

* Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner

* Accurately processing orders from distribution partners, suppliers, and vendors;

* Picking items from the warehouse to fulfill orders;
-Assembly of kits;
-Packing of kits;
-Inspection of incoming kits;-Despatch of kits to appropriate locations with correct documentation-

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills
