Service Delivery is a key role in any organisation, ensuring seamless transitions from program delivery to IT operations. A successful Service Delivery Director will have a global service delivery strategy that drives performance using KPIs, SLAs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a global service delivery strategy
* Oversee seamless transition from program delivery to IT operations
* Drive performance using KPIs, SLAs and continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead incident, change and release management across internal and vendor teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years in service delivery leadership ideally within large ERP programs
* Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, Azure, CI/CD and ServiceNow
* Proven ability to manage complex software releases and IT governance
* Strong knowledge of ITIL, DevOps and enterprise-scale environments
* Experience building global high-performing IT teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
