We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Initiatives: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
2. Business Partnership: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on HR matters.
3. Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain a progressive HR environment through effective policies, procedures, and practices.
4. Talent Management: Cultivate talent within the organization by implementing succession planning processes, internal promotions, training programs, coaching sessions for line managers. Assist in recruiting new employees across different levels as required.
