Job Description
Are you ready to take the next step in your hotel management career? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support staff performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality and team development.
Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff in Twist Bar & Bistro
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns
Train, coach, and develop team members
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
Help manage scheduling, labor costs, and team productivity
Support onboarding of new employees
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications
1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
