What You’ll Do

* Deliver programmatic engagement with existing Docusign clients to grow incremental revenue by uncovering additional use cases and positioning the broader agreement cloud.
* Qualify sales opportunities using Docusign’s sales methodology and metrics, ensuring client fit and success criteria.
* Position Docusign’s value proposition as part of the overall business solution, linking benefits to key client business issues.
* Expand the Docusign solution beyond implementation by upselling new products, services, and partner solutions.
* Process sales orders and facilitate customer onboarding.
* Coordinate customer needs with professional services, training, product management, and marketing.
* Enlist customers to participate in Docusign and partner events.
* Provide accurate, timely reports and forecasts to management.
* Maintain sophisticated knowledge of Docusign’s products and services.
* Maintain current account information and manage leads and follow‑ups in the CRM database.
* Serve as an internal advocate and escalation point to clients, ensuring overall customer loyalty.


Qualifications

* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Experience in SaaS consultative sales and account management.
* Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.


Preferred

* Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
* Services or consulting delivery experience.
* Management of high‑volume client relationships.
* Client process optimization skills.
* Proactive approach to change and prioritization.
* Collaborative and independent work style.


Location

Hybrid: Employees divide their time between in‑office and remote work. Minimum of 2 days per week required in the office; location may vary by team.
