Executive Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned culinary professional to join our Waterford team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and implementation, introducing innovative ideas and techniques
* Forge strong relationships with the garden team to optimize ingredient utilization and efficiency throughout the seasons
* Mentor junior team members to instill company values and drive excellence
* Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience at Sous Chef or Senior CDP level from a reputable hotel or restaurant
Candidates must possess exceptional leadership and culinary skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading the kitchen team
* Developing menus
* Managing kitchen inventory
