We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to lead the execution of a 200 apartment residential development in South Dublin. This pivotal role requires a hands-on approach to manage all aspects of the construction process, from planning and coordination to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
* Coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
* Development and management of project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
* Progress monitoring and adjustment of work plans as necessary to address any delays or issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the residential sector.
* Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit residential projects from start to finish.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
