Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team at Koto Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section and maintaining the quality and consistency of dishes served.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to meet our high culinary standards
* Manage a section of the kitchen effectively
* Adhere to food safety, hygiene and HACCP regulations
* Assist with menu planning and stock control
* Support and mentor junior kitchen staff
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
* Relevant culinary qualification or professional kitchen training
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
