Requirements:
* Hold a level 8 honours degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
* Possess 4+ years of relevant PQS work experience
* Demonstrated experience in delivering projects at both pre and post-contract stages under the Public Works Contracts
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft packages
* Proficiency in measurement software, such as CostX and Buildsoft
* Familiarity with methods of measurement, including ARM
Role:
* Collaborate as an integral part of a team on both large and small-scale projects
* Undertake full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying duties
