Our general assistants serve a variety of essential back-of-house and front-of-house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles.
The general assistant is required to maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and to gain extensive knowledge of proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.

1 year's experience in a similar environment
Customer service experience
Food hygiene experience
Previous experience of porterage, catering, cleaning, or housekeeping
