Senior upgrade manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to coordinate all activities required for the SAP S/4 HANA upgrade.




Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead organisational preparation for the SAP S/4 HANA upgrade, including process readiness, data work, functional engagement, integration planning and business change;

2. Coordinate activities across business units, ICT teams, vendors and programme stakeholders to maintain alignment and avoid delays;

3. Develop and maintain a clear programme roadmap spanning initiation, planning, delivery, cutover and early stabilisation;

The role demands strong governance proactive risk management disciplined control of scope timelines dependencies across multiple streams of work. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years delivering complex programmes or large-scale projects with significant experience in senior programme or portfolio management roles.
