About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to support adults and children with complex health needs. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and promoting independence in daily living activities.
Main Responsibilities:
* SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS: Assist individuals with varying forms of intellectual disability and complex health needs with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
* PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE: Support service users in achieving their goals by promoting independence in daily living activities and implementing person-centred planning.
* PERSON-CENTRED PLANNING: Develop and implement person-centred plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each individual, ensuring that their rights and dignity are respected at all times.
