Responsibilities Coordinate permits for a complex construction project operating within a live, highly regulated environment.
Deliver health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements to ensure the safe execution of construction activities.
Support the Project HSE Manager in implementing the Project HSE Program and ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans aligned with statutory requirements and international standards (e.g. ISO *****, ISO *****).
Implement the Corporate HSE Management System across all project activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Assist with incident investigations, including root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare comprehensive HSE reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor HSE performance through regular inspections, audits, and performance reporting.
Contribute to the development and delivery of HSE performance plans, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Develop and deliver site inductions and HSE training programs.
Actively contribute to wellbeing initiatives, including the Beyond Zero program.
Plan and deliver key HSE promotional events, such as Safety Week and other safety awareness campaigns.
Qualifications Diploma in Health & Safety 10+ Years Construction exp First Aid Cert
