Your new role includes:
Identify and secure new business opportunities across fabricators, contractors, and key project stakeholders
Lead commercial negotiations within established authority limits
Influence project specifications where appropriate, engaging with architects, consultants, and engineers
Collaborate closely with estimating and production teams to deliver commercially viable and profitable solutions
Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure consistent reporting standards
Safeguard margins and uphold pricing integrity in line with company targets
Contribute strategic insights on product mix, pricing, and go-to-market approaches
Experience you need:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in façade, glazing, aluminium systems, or construction manufacturing sales
Demonstrated success in converting technical quotations into profitable contracts
Strong commercial awareness, including margins, lead times, and operational considerations
Ability to work independently while adhering to governance frameworks
Highly organised with a structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
Excellent influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
