Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Support financial aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence, assessment, and integration
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors during transactions
* Review financial data and identify risks or opportunities
* Assist with onboarding finance processes for newly acquired businesses
* Support preparation of legal and transactional documents from a finance perspective
* Contribute to wider financial planning and project initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fully Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience
Desirable Skills: Experience in a finance role, exposure to M&A, audit, or financial due diligence
Essential Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Working Style: Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
