Excel Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced and licensed Reach Forklift Driver with a ROPPT licence and picking experience, who will play an important role in the smooth running of the warehouse for our Client in Dublin South. 30 – 32k Salary.
Responsibilities of this Reach Forklift Driver job:
1. Operate reach forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
2. Pick orders in a timely fashion using Ride On Power Pallet Truck(ROPPT)
3. Receive, store, and distribute products within the warehouse
4. Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and loading/unloading
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
6. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
7. Ensure that all orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner
8. Maintaining forklift equipment
9. Replenish the picking stock by hand or by forklift to ensure availability of stock for all sales orders
10. Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements include:
11. Valid reach forklift certification
12. Valid ROPPT Licence
13. 2 year experience as a Forklift operator in a warehouse
14. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
15. Excellent attention to details
16. Excellent organisational skills
17. Ability to work well with others
18. Manual handling certificate required (we can provide training)
19. Own transport preferable
