This role leads strategic, high-value relationships and drives client outcomes, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.Position Location: This role is open to candidates based in Ireland and the UK.Position Overview:Imprint Engine’s European team is seeking a client-obsessed, high-touch Enterprise Account Director to lead some of our most strategic, high-value relationships. This is a mission-critical role that combines big-picture thinking with day-to-day tactical excellence.You’ll own long-term success for a seven-figure portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, manage a team of Brand Managers and Brand Associates, and act as the internal quarterback aligning cross-functional teams around our clients’ goals.This role is about more than just client retention—it's about making our most important partners wildly successful.ResponsibilitiesOwn Enterprise Account Strategy: Develop and execute multi-year account strategies tied to volume, margin, retention, and service expansion.Lead Client Engagements: Cultivate deep relationships with enterprise stakeholders, earning trust through proactive communication, creative thinking, and exceptional execution. Onboard new Enterprise Accounts with the Business Development team.Drive Brand Execution: Translate client brand needs into thoughtful, creative, customized product solutions. Deliver high-impact, on-brand experiences.Inspire and Lead Teams: Manage and mentor Brand Managers and Brand Associates, including 1:1 coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning. Align them around account strategy.Be the Internal Quarterback: Coordinate logistics, creative, sourcing, and operations for seamless execution and client satisfaction.Forecast & Optimize Performance: Own the numbers, forecast revenue, track performance, and drive growth across the portfolio.Run Strategic Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment, showcase wins, and identify opportunities.QualificationsCollege degree or equivalent professional experience8-10+ years in the promotional products industry or closely related fields (agency, brand marketing, merchandising, events, etc.)6+ years managing large enterprise accounts5+ years of experience leading client-facing teamsDemonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targetsStrong communication skills for both creative and technical stakeholdersProficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Monday.com, and CommonskuWhat You AreCharismatic, strategic, and relentlessly client-focusedSkilled at connecting with stakeholders, building trust, and guiding conversationsAble to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with proactive timelines and aligned internal teamsCreative and consultative, translating brand needs into elevated, non-commodity solutionsComfortable with enterprise strategy and executionNatural team leader and collaboratorWhy This Role MattersYou are the face and force behind some of our most valuable client relationships.
