About the Role:
As Care Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the provision of care services to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of support. You will lead our care team, manage scheduling, and play a vital role in client satisfaction and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and persue new client acquisition through outreach, referrals, strategic partnership and Etenders.
· Oversee the onboarding and setup of new client care packages.
· Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring efficient shift coverage
· Build and maintain positive working relationships with local professionals and referral partners
· Address queries from clients and carers promptly, ensuring all communications are accurately documented
· Plan and facilitate regular team meetings and individual performance reviews
· Conduct routine spot checks, staff assessments, care reviews, and competencies.
What We're Looking For:
* A motivated and proactive manager with a passion for person-centred care
* A Minimum QQI Level 6
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing or leading a care team
* Proven experience in scheduling/rostering (essential)
* Full driving licence
* Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
* Willingness to travel within the Galway area as needed
