Join us a Development Partner ( 12 months FTC) - Role can be Dublin or Limerick based
This role is a Development Partner for Three. Whilst therole has a business partnering focus, you will also be skilled at designing anddelivering solutions across a range of topics and audiences. This role will partnerwith designated business areas to identify development opportunities alignedwith strategic objectives and design tailored development journeys. Therole will also bring learning expertise to key initiatives focused onintroducing new products and services to the market.
Where other Development Partners hold this relationship withother stakeholders across the business, you will be called on to develop anddeploy solutions in other parts of the business too, as we are a multi-disciplinaryteam. You are curious, creative, influential and collaborative. There isn’t aproblem you aren’t willing to solve and you like to get things done.
What else it involves
* Beresponsible for the identification, design, development, and projectmanagement of a broad range of People Development initiatives withinchannels to enable the effective delivery of business outcomes.
* Candevelop a diverse, engaging range of learning, using different tools,methods and platforms, including instructor-led training and digital learning.
* Provideproactive support and expertise to leaders and their teams. Develop uniqueand complex programmes as required.
* Workwith key stakeholders to drive the impact of people developmentinitiatives and ensure effective delivery of business goals.
* Adviseon, develop, and implement People Development initiatives through channelsto support the company vision and business/people strategy
* Monitor,evaluate and measure key development interventions
* Driveimprovement and insights through data and metrics
* Proactivelyidentify opportunities to influence the achievement of organisationalgoals
* Exploreexternal best practice learning, introduce new thinking, and supportgrowth and change across the organisation
* Managethe delivery of programmes and projects end to end, collaborating withbusiness and other stakeholders as required
The experience and skills we're looking for
* Expertisein applying adult learning theory and a design process to discovering,developing and delivering exceptional learning and development experiences.
* Abilityto create learning and development interventions that cut across digital, face-to-face,remote training and blended programme design.
* Excellentinterpersonal skills: networking, negotiation, influencing, collaborating,presentation, written communications.
* Demonstratedability to engage people at all levels.
* Excellentstakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence andmanage multiple stakeholders.
* Haveproven results of impactful delivery in the People Development space.
* Provenexperience and capability to project manage, direct, and implement a wide rangeof People Development programmes using a structured approach.
* Haveprior experience in introducing new products and services to the market.
* Experienceworking with Canva, Articulate Rise, Storyline highly desirable
* Experiencein content creation, visual, audio, video highly desirable.
