The Specialist Risk Group is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
We are seeking a skilled Specialist Underwriter to join our organization, who possesses extensive knowledge of the Irish market and local regulations, as well as significant experience in property underwriting and strong technical insurance expertise, with a particular focus on the UK & Irish Middle Markets.
About the Role

* Maintain high corporate service standards when interacting with brokers and internal colleagues.
A successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and colleague skills, as well as a proven ability to establish relationships with brokers and clients. They should also be able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor analysis.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and internal teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions, are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
