Goods Co-ordinator/Accounts Administrator

Woodfab Timber Limited are currently recruiting a part-time Goods Co-ordinator/Accounts Administrator in Aughrim, Co. Wicklow. We produce a wide range of fencing and pallet materials for both the Irish and UK markets.
Responsibilities
1. Checking sawn timber loads, preparing all sales delivery notes and liaising with customs agent for all loads of timber going to the UK
2. Preparing sales invoices and credit notes
3. Liaising with others to ensure orders, delivery notes, invoices, etc. are issued in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Chasing debtors for all Irish customers and any UK customers
5. Raising orders on accounts system
6. Recording all goods inwards and outwards
7. Ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure the company runs smoothly
The Candidate will have:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Full working knowledge of the MS Office suite and especially Excel. Knowledge of Intact and Navision would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication & people skills
* 2-3 years accounts/administration experience
Hours of work – 22.5 hours per week (8.30am-1.00pm Monday to Friday). This is an office-based position.
