Job Title : Administrator – Probate
Reporting to : Immediate Solicitor/Partner
Location: Limerick, on-site, full time
Role Purpose
To provide administrative support for a busy probate department, ensuring the smooth running of client matters, efficient file management and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Open, maintain and close files.
AML compliance.
Diary management, scheduling meetings and monitoring deadlines.
Photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving of documents.
Assist in preparing and maintaining estate accounts, ledgers and financial statements.
Process payments, lodgements and invoices as directed.
Maintain up to date case management systems and databases.
Act as first point of contact for client queries.
Prepare standard letters.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Professional manner when dealing with clients.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in a legal, financial or professional services office desirable (probate/private client experience a distinct advantage but not necessary).
Strong administrative background required.
