The customer support team plays a vital role in maintaining the reputation of our organization. As a Junior Customer Support Agent – Night shift, you will be working closely with customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues and complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate knowledge of company facilities, products, promotions, policies and procedures to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
* Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
* Adhere to all in-house procedures and standards, completing documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
* Work collaboratively with the Customer Service Team Leader to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
* Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
