Overview
Communications and PR Manager, Workvivo - UKI role at Zoom. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy PR and communications role for storytelling, brand amplification, and narrative architecture behind one of the fastest-growing employee experience platforms. You’ll work closely with our brand, marketing, and global comms team to elevate Workvivo’s voice across every channel.
About The Team
You’ll be joining a bold, curious, and ambitious brand and marketing team. We move fast, think big, and love what we do. You’ll work directly with our Head of Brand and partner across departments to unearth the stories that matter, from sales and product to customer advocacy.
Responsibilities
* Owning the global communications strategy, from pitch to placement
* Crafting bold, original narratives that cut through the noise and create demand
* Building relationships with tier-one media, analysts, and industry influencers
* Securing speaker engagements, podcast spots, and new media coverage
* Creating compelling thought leadership campaigns
* Aligning internal stakeholders across Workvivo by Zoom, marketing, product, and executive teams
* Uncovering customer stories that highlight our impact
* Leading communications for major events
What We’re Looking For
* Bring 7+ years of comms experience in a fast-growth B2B tech environment
* Proven success in building brand recognition in competitive markets
* Write clear, clever, and irresistible copy—from press releases to pitches
* Think strategically about communications as a growth lever
* Thrive in fast-paced environments with speed, ownership, and boldness
* Hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves; you’re strategic and scrappy
* Challenge the norm: shape the news cycle, not just react to it
* Manage agencies effectively: set high bars and push for excellence
* Stay current with media trends and influencer chatter; care about meaningful work
