Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the garage and automotive sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Growth: Deliver sales growth through proactive customer engagement, sales funnel management, and customer management.
* Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new clients within the garage and automotive sectors.
* Solution Proposal: Understand garage challenges and propose software and service solutions that meet their needs.
* Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to decision-makers within the garage and automotive sectors.
* Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with garage owners and decision-makers.
* Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

* Garage Operations Knowledge: Strong knowledge of garage operations, including car sales (new and second-hand) and car service processes.
* Automotive Industry Expertise: Good knowledge of the automotive industry, especially design, development, manufacturing, and innovation.
* Car Manufacturers: Familiarity with major car manufacturers such as Toyota, Volkswagen Group, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai-Kia, Stellantis, Nissan, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Motivation and Target-Driven: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Software Sales Experience: Good experience in software sales, SaaS, or technology solutions.
* Computer/IT Skills: Good computer/IT skills.
* Driving License: Full driving license (preferred).
