We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and field service teams, you will provide expert diagnostics and remote troubleshooting to ensure fast, accurate and high-quality support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role within HVAC;
* Strong knowledge of heat pumps, chillers mechanical plant ventilation equipment or controls;
* Certification in Mechanical Engineering Building Services Refrigeration or similar is an asset;
