Job Title:Site Manager (Fit-Out Specialist) Location: Dublin City Centre Salary €70k Package Van, fuel card, phone laptop Purpose of Role: To oversee daily site operations in Dublin City Centre, ensuring all work is conducted safely, completed on time, and finished to the highest quality standard. This position requires specific expertise in fit-out projects. Role Duties: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a high-quality end product while maintaining strong professional relationships with design teams and client representatives. Maintain rigorous health & safety and quality control standards, ensuring contracts are completed safely, to programme, on budget, and snag-free. Provide accurate and timely progress reports to line management. Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, ensuring work meets required specifications and minimizes rework. Plan, coordinate, execute works, and deliver the project as defined in the contract documents. Foster excellent working relationships within the construction management team, with subcontractors, and the supply chain. Resource and schedule all site work in alignment with the project construction programme. Collaborate closely with the Project QS, advising on any upcoming commercial issues. Candidate Requirements: Demonstrable, in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution. Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within the fit-out sector. Computer literate (MS Office, MS Project, or similar scheduling package). Strong track record of delivering projects on time with a keen eye for finishes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A self-starter who demonstrates good judgement under pressure. Effective manager capable of motivating the workforce.
