As a Systems Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the factory systems infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic, regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and support automation infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and minimise production downtime.Provide third-level technical support for automated equipment and systems, including PLCs and vision systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Applications, Vendors) to maintain and improve manufacturing data integrity and system security.Lead the installation, deployment, and validation of software, hardware, and networked systems.Contribute to the design and implementation of new infrastructure projects, including robotic integration and system benchmarking.Perform system backups, recovery, and documentation aligned with ISO and GMP standards.Deliver innovative technical solutions to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.Generate regular reports on system performance and project status, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.Requirements:Degree or Diploma (Level 7/8) in Engineering, IT, or related discipline, with 2–4 years' relevant experience in a regulated industry (preferably medical devices or suppliers).Proven experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley), vision systems, barcode systems, and industrial automation.Solid understanding of network architecture (LAN/WAN), data integrity principles, and electrical systems.Strong hands-on problem-solving skills, with experience in equipment/software validation (FAT/SAT).Excellent communication and project management abilities, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.What's in it for you?
