Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials and managing inventory levels to meet customer needs.
* Review customer needs and incoming orders to plan material demand and set forecasts.
* Support logistical needs for importing and exporting goods to/from suppliers.
* Monitor incoming material deliveries and communicate delays to relevant departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent planning and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
* A 3rd Level education in Statistics, Supply Chain or Engineering.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, lean thinking, and statistical process control skills.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Demonstrated interpersonal/teamwork and leadership skills.
