What's In It For You
Salary:
€65–75k + benefits
Setup:
Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Impact:
You'll finally make users understand the product they're already paying for
Ownership:
You'll build the product marketing function properly — not inherit someone else's mess
Why This Role
This company has built a product that students and teachers genuinely love. The problem? Most of them only use a fraction of it because nobody's been telling the story properly.
They don't need a brand strategist or someone who wants to "redefine the narrative of learning." They need someone who can take a feature, explain it clearly, and get people to actually use it.
If you like roles where you can see the impact of your work immediately, not six committees later, you'll be happy here.
What You'll Do
You'll be the link between what the team builds and what students/teachers actually notice. You'll shape how the product is understood, adopted, and talked about.
Expect to:
* Turn product updates into content people actually read
* Build onboarding flows that stop users from bouncing after login
* Create clear, concise help content (not essays)
* Work directly with teachers, students, and internal teams
* Improve how the website and product communicate what's new and why it matters
* Support the commercial team with messaging that doesn't sound like marketing bingo
This isn't a role where you "support" product. You'll influence it by bringing real user insight and clarity to the table.
What They're Looking For
* 4+ years in product marketing or similar
* Someone who can explain things simply (most can't)
* Comfortable interviewing users and turning insights into action
* Strong writing skills — clarity over creativity
* Experience in SaaS or education products is a plus
* Someone who likes working closely with product, content, and sales
The Culture
Straightforward, mission-driven, and allergic to unnecessary complexity.
They care about building something that genuinely helps students. No inflated titles, no 47-page decks to get a landing page updated, and no one pretending to be something they're not.
You'll do meaningful work without wading through corporate treacle.
