Christmas Period Part Time Role.Lillies Cocktail Bar in Sligo are seeking to hire bartenders with an interest in cocktails to complement our existing bar team.We want to hear from candidates who are knowledgable about bar work and who are eager to work and learn in this fast paced environment.At Lillies Cocktail Bar our signature cocktails are as iconic as the warm and friendly welcome we offer to the public and as such previous cocktail making experience and knowledge of mixology is highly desired.
