HR Officer Role
This is a part-time role requiring an experienced professional to oversee the recruitment process, support onboarding, and act as a trusted advisor to management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full recruitment process from advertising to appointment, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Supporting onboarding and maintaining accurate employee files in line with NI employment legislation.
* Acting as a trusted advisor on HR policies and employee relations, providing guidance on best practice and resolving complex ER cases.
* Maintaining effective working relationships with managers and employees, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Conducting absence reviews and investigations, identifying trends and implementing solutions to improve attendance and productivity.
