Job Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and webchat. You will engage with customers, using excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Leaving Certificate with H5 grades in two subjects and H6/O6 or higher in English and Maths, or equivalent qualification.
