Credit Controller | Bray, Co. Wicklow | Full Time – Office based | Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (8-hour shift including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break) | €28,000.00-€31,000.00 per year
With over 40 years of industry experience, our client's management team is committed to providing an effective and efficient debt and credit management service to their clients.
They offer full in-house set-off credit management services for most major financial institutions and utility companies. They are seeking to recruit Credit Controllers for an immediate start at their office in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Candidates may have recent experience working in a fast-paced credit control position, possibly in a similar role, and should understand the importance of customer and client relationships.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Minimum 1 year of credit control or customer-facing experience
* The ability to work at a pace that matches the requirements of the business
* Possesses excellent administration skills and good attention to detail
* Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work on their own initiative and also to work as part of a team
What will your role look like?
* Be able to use appropriate collection techniques, resolve customer queries and set up a repayment plan
* Maintain excellent standards of customer service in dealing with customers
* Credit control via telephone, letter, email, Text and an updating system in real time
* Take Debit card payments via our secure payment system
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding Data protection, etc. Full training provided
