Account Director required to take the lead in expanding our partners footprint, owning client engagement, and delivering growth across key accounts.
As an Account Director, you'll be a senior voice in our client-facing strategy, responsible for managing and expanding high-value relationships within the capital markets and financial services sectors.
What You'll Do: Drive new business development and account expansion across financial institutions, asset managers, and capital markets firms Lead strategic client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement Identify, shape, and close complex deals in collaboration with delivery and solution teams Be the "tip of the spear" for our consulting and technology services, from initial contact to long-term partnership Work cross-functionally to develop customized solutions aligned with client goals Represent the company at industry events and cultivate a strong network What the Client is Looking For: 10+ years in senior Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development roles Experience in a technology consulting firm or financial services technology provider Deep understanding of capital markets technology Proven success in winning new business and growing existing accounts A confident leader with a "must-have" attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and high energy Skilled at navigating ambiguity, initiating strategic conversations, and creating clarity for clients Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Bonus Points: Existing network of financial institutions or fintech decision-makers Experience in scaling accounts across multiple regions or service lines Familiarity with cloud, AI, or data-driven technology offerings in the financial space
