Project Worker – Youth Housing Cpl Healthcare is delighted to partner with Focus Ireland, one of Ireland's leading homelessness and housing organisations, to recruit a Project Worker for their Dublin services.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and motivated social care professional to support individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
What you can expect from the role · Build trusting working relationships with service users who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
· Provide advice, advocacy, information, and practical support across housing, welfare rights, training, and employment.
· Conduct assessments and develop support plans using a Case Management approach.
· Support users to access appropriate accommodation and sustain long-term tenancies.
· Develop strong working relationships with external stakeholders including Local Authorities, housing providers, landlords, and other agencies.
What we expect from you · A Level 7 degree in Social Care, Youth Work, Social Studies, Addiction, Psychology, or related field and/or, CORU registration.
· Minimum 1 years' experience working directly with disadvantaged or vulnerable individuals.
· Experience supporting individuals with high-risk or challenging behaviours.
· Ability to work independently.
